We will reconnect and strengthen our energetic connection to the Mother energy that lies within all of these. During this 30 minute energetic class/session, we'll Reconnect to the 3 main forms of mothering energy. :

1. Mother Earth – the original Mother that sustains life for all humans every day.

2. Our Ancestral Lineage - all of the mothers who have come before us

3. Our Inner Mother Self – the nurturing intelligence inside our own bodies

Many people today feel disconnected to one, two or even all 3 of these mother lines.

We honor our mothers but carry the mother wounds and emotional weight from them into our bodies, minds and lives.

We live on earth but rarely feel grounded in her support.

This energetic session will restore the flow of the nurturing energy between all of those layers. During the session, you will:

2. Release emotional weight that is tied to the maternal lineage/ancestry

3. Activate the inner mother to awaken the self-nurturing intelligence that knows how to care, regulate and guide ourselves.
